About ENDEVR Solutions

ENDEVR Solutions is an environmental technology company founded in Washington State in September 2025 by an environmental engineer with over 18 years of experience in site investigation, remediation, and consulting.

ENDEVR began with a simple observation. Once lab data arrives, environmental professionals spend days, sometimes weeks, organizing and formatting data tables, screening results, building geospatial visualizations, and revising figures before the actual analysis can begin.

The tools built by ENDEVR Solutions complete these workflows in minutes. Environmental professionals get their hours back to take care of their clients and make the judgment calls that need an expert.

Leadership

Abhijit Joshi, PE

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Abhijit is a licensed professional environmental engineer with over 18 years in environmental consulting. Before founding ENDEVR, he was an Associate Environmental Engineer and Assistant Group Manager at GeoEngineers, Inc., where he managed client relationships, a technical group, and projects, coordinated with regulators, and provided technical leadership on a wide range of tasks, including remedial investigations, feasibility studies, permitting, remedial design, construction management and observation, and reporting. He holds a master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Abhijit brings his environmental engineering expertise and a practitioner's perspective to ENDEVR. ENDEVR's tools are the direct result of his firsthand experience with the inefficiencies of the environmental data workflow.

Off the clock: Abhijit enjoys time with family, friends, and the outdoors. He hikes, climbs mountains, canoes, and paddleboards, and carries a camera along for the landscapes and wildlife.

Kedar Joshi

Chief Technology Officer

Kedar is a software engineer with more than 18 years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed cloud infrastructure and cloud-native applications. At Microsoft, he has led multiple teams responsible for the AI and cloud infrastructure powering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, with a focus on building resilient platforms and accelerating innovation at scale. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.

Kedar brings enterprise software and cloud engineering rigor to ENDEVR.

Off the clock: Kedar enjoys time with his family and travel. He has set foot on five of the seven continents, paddleboards whenever he can, and is a die-hard Seahawks fan.
